Job description

As a CRM Manager at Macadam, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and engagement of our vibrant community of over 15 million users. This key position sits at the crossroads of marketing, product, and data, where you will define and implement a dynamic CRM strategy aimed at retaining, engaging, and monetizing our user base. Using your expertise in mobile gaming and LiveOps, you will create compelling in-app experiences, orchestrate personalized campaigns, and continuously optimize our funnel to ensure every user's journey is enjoyable, rewarding, and closely aligned with our mission to promote a healthier lifestyle.   • Define and execute our CRM strategy with a focus on retention, engagement, and monetization, leveraging principles of mobile gaming and LiveOps
  • Drive live event planning and execution, using LiveOps techniques to create dynamic, personalized, and timely campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience
  • Plan in-app events, promotions, and rewards systems that drive user motivation and engagement
  • Own the end-to-end CRM funnel, from segmentation and targeting to campaign execution and iteration - including full ownership of our core communication channels (push notifications, in-app messages, and email) and secondary surfaces (in-app banners and widgets)
  • Collaborate with product, revenue and marketing teams to integrate CRM campaigns into the app's game-like ecosystem, ensuring alignment with broader business and user experience goals
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Leanplum, Iterable) to automate, personalize, and optimize campaigns at scale.
  • Analyze user behavior, churn patterns, and monetization trends to develop actionable insights and inform future CRM activities
  • Craft and manage A/B tests and multi-variate experiments to maximize campaign ROI and improve KPIs

Relevant work experience

  • 3+ Years of experience in CRM roles within the mobile app or gaming industry, with at least 2 years focused on LiveOps
  • Proven expertise in creating and managing in-app campaigns, seasonal events, and retention and monetization strategies for mobile gaming or gamified applications
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into impactful CRM actions
  • Mastery of leading mobile CRM tools like Braze, Leanplum, or Iterable
  • Solid understanding of user segmentation, cohort analysis, and campaign optimization in high-volume environments
  • Creative thinker with an understanding of player motivations and behavior within gamified ecosystems
