Job description
As a Sales & Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial results of our sales team and for translating partner opportunities into concrete sales results. You will focus on conversion, customer satisfaction, and quality, ensuring that agreements, propositions, and lead flows from partners are effectively implemented in daily practice. You will work closely with the CEO, Business Lead, and fellow Partner Manager to not only conceptualize commercial growth but also to realize it.
- You are responsible for the sales team
- You ensure focus, structure, and the right energy within the team
- You work closely with the CEO, Business Leads, and Partner Manager on commercial growth and new propositions
- You focus on KPIs such as conversion, quote value, follow-up speed, and customer satisfaction
- You keep a close eye on the sales funnel and intervene as soon as leads, quotes, or deals seem to be lagging
- You ensure that partner agreements are well integrated into the team: from lead follow-up to reporting and results
- You manage existing partner relationships and ensure that collaboration remains concrete, result-oriented, and well-aligned
- You actively seek new commercial opportunities with partners, propositions, and customer segments
Relevant work experience
- You have experience at the intersection of sales, marketing, and business development
- You enjoy improving the performance of a commercial team and keeping people sharp, motivated, and responsible
- You understand how campaigns, propositions, and sales follow-up reinforce each other
- You focus on numbers but always look at behavior and conversations behind the results
- You switch easily between team coaching, client cases, partner relationships, and new commercial opportunities
- You see opportunities with existing and new partners and know how to turn them into concrete propositions
