Job description
As a Growth Innovation Manager, you will think like an internal founder to discover, validate, and build the next growth engines of Pulsetto. This non-traditional marketing position focuses on innovation and strategic expansion, requiring you to identify and scale new opportunities that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Discover New Growth Channels: Identify and test emerging acquisition channels ahead of the market
- Expand Into New Markets: Conduct rigorous research to evaluate international expansion opportunities
- Build New Revenue Streams: Develop strategic growth initiatives outside of traditional marketing channels
- Lead AI & Automation Initiatives: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement advanced AI tools
- Execute Lean Experimentation: Formulate clear growth hypotheses and launch rapid pilots
Relevant work experience
- 4+ Years of Experience in Growth, Marketing, E-commerce, DTC, Startups, or Business Development
- Strong understanding of growth economics and performance-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to launch and scale new business initiatives from conception to measurable output
