Job description

As an HR Admin Specialist, you will support the HR department in managing the administrative talent lifecycle within a dynamic multi-country framework. The role is designed to assist in aligning local operational needs with the central HR strategy during a global business development scale-up phase.

• Assist the HR department in preparing, organizing, and validating payroll data for submission to local payroll providers responsible for processing payroll across multiple international jurisdictions
• Assist in the local implementation of global HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, training modules, and engagement activities
• Provide administrative support in gathering data and insights for the HR Operations Manager to facilitate central consolidation
• Support the monitoring of international labor laws and local HR regulations to ensure department-wide compliance
