Job description

As a solutions engineer, you work in our cryotesting and customer solutions team. The team is responsible for our hardware product characterization, and it serves as a technical point of contact for our global customer base. In the company’s cryogenic characterization facility in Espoo, Finland, you operate specialized RF (radio-frequency) instrumentation to validate the electrical performance of our microwave amplifiers. You then apply this technical knowhow to solve problems customers face, including guiding our clients through the installation and tune-up of the amplifiers. You provide support primarily remotely but also at the customer’s site when needed. In parallel, you continue to work in internal cryocharacterization projects, which we believe is essential for ensuring that your technical knowhow remains up to date.
