Job description

As an Account Manager - Commercial Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key commercial relationships within the real estate industry. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. Your role is vital in driving our clients' success and contributing to the growth of Next Sense.

  • Effectively manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
  • Continuously show our customers the added value we bring
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and decision-making structures
  • Develop negotiation strategies for clients and oversee the negotiation process
  • Continuously identify and qualify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Identify and document customer needs and pains
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients
  • Contribute to the professionalization and scaling of the commercial organization

Relevant work experience

  • 3–5 Years' Experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Strong Understanding of Multi-stakeholder CRE Environment
  • Proven Commercial Track Record
  • Tech-savvy and Comfortable Working with Data
  • Experience in Proptech or Tech-enabled Environments
  • Experience Working with Enterprise or Institutional Real Estate Clients
