Job description
As a founding AI product engineer, you will own the technical core of the product at Regulate, which is focused on building intelligent systems for human performance. You will utilize AI-native coding workflows to develop an enterprise-grade platform that impacts millions of professionals, ensuring quality, security, and compliance throughout the codebase.
- Own the product codebase end-to-end — backend, integrations, iOS and Android
- Collaborate with developers and AI agents to build and ship at speed
- Work closely with the product co-founder to define the experience
- Ensure architecture, quality, security, and GDPR standards across the codebase
- Build internal agents and automations that keep the company operating efficiently
- Build and maintain the product with AI as the primary workflow
Relevant work experience
- 5–10 Years of Hands-On Engineering Experience
- Experience with Real Products That Users Depend On
- Familiarity with GDPR, Security, and Data Minimization
