Job description
As a Junior Specialist for Quality and Safety, you will assist us in ensuring our products are not only delicious but also uncompromisingly safe, compliant, and of the highest quality. You will be actively involved in product documentation, allergen management, labeling, certifications, and food safety systems, collaborating across teams and with external partners to ensure all standards are met.
- Support activities related to product quality and food safety assurance across the full product lifecycle
- Manage and monitor allergens (risk assessments, labeling, compliance in production)
- Contribute to food fraud prevention (VACCP), including supplier and raw material vulnerability assessments
- Prepare, review, and maintain product documentation (specifications, shelf life, technical data)
- Develop and validate product labels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements
- Monitor relevant legislation and coordinate compliance efforts with internal teams
- Manage certifications and labels (e.g. V-Label, Nutri-Score, organic) and ensure correct usage
- Oversee GTIN and barcode systems, coordinating with sales, marketing and logistics
Relevant work experience
- 1+ Year of Experience in Quality, Food Safety, or a Related Field (Food Industry, Microbiology, Certification, etc.)
