Job description
As a warehouse specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of warehouse activities and inventory management. Your mission is to ensure that every battery and spare part is handled, stored, and documented with 100% accuracy in line with NOWOS SOPs. - Oversee receiving, sorting, put-away, and internal transfers, including the safe loading and unloading of trucks using manual handling or MHE
- Maintain high-accuracy records for battery and spare part movements, including location control and status assignments (available, quarantine, or scrap)
- Coordinate packing and shipping preparations, ensuring batteries are packed in approved materials with all required ADR labeling and documentation
- Identify and escalate nonconformities, support cycle counts, and provide evidence for QMS audits. Testing batteries.
Relevant work experience
- Background in warehouse or logistics operations
