Job description

As a Junior Finance & Data Analyst, you will support our finance functions while driving data-driven improvements across the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing our financial reporting, data analysis, and process automation, allowing you to take ownership and grow with GET Fund over time.

  • Support with monthly/quarterly reporting, budget and liquidity overviews
  • Preparation of documents for annual financial statements, audits, and tax consulting
  • Maintenance and further development of financial data (e.g., forecasts, KPI logics)
  • Analysis of fund and portfolio data (e.g., portfolio KPIs, pipeline/fundraising data, ESG/impact data)
  • Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (investor updates, internal monitoring, ad hoc analyses)
  • Ensuring data quality (definitions, validation, documentation)
  • Identification of recurring tasks and 'pain points' in Finance/Operations
  • Digitization of workflows (e.g., data flows, reporting packages, approval processes)

Relevant work experience

  • Initial relevant professional experience (internship/working student/junior position) in finance, controlling, audit, data analysis, operations, or related fields
