Job description

As an Office Manager (f/m/x), you will be the heartbeat of our dynamic, fast-growing tech company, ensuring that our office is organized, welcoming, and ready for growth. You will coordinate vendors, manage supplies, and be the central point of contact for guests and team members, ensuring smooth communication and a great first impression. Your proactive approach will help improve our work processes and support the onboarding experience for new employees.

  • You keep our office organized, welcoming, and ready for growth: from maintaining common areas and supplies to coordinating vendors and ensuring our workspace always feels professional
  • You make sure meeting rooms and equipment are ready; everything is set up, charged, and working. For technical issues, you handle the basics and bring in support when needed.
  • You plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and company gatherings, and handle travel arrangements and logistics: no detail escapes your attention
  • You support onboarding and employee experience, manage benefits, and help with HR admin, so new and existing team members feel at home and processes run seamlessly
  • You spot what needs doing, bring structure to chaos, and proactively improve how we work together - always with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • You are the central point of contact for guests, partners, and the team - ensuring a great first impression, smooth communication, and that nothing falls through the cracks

Relevant work experience

  • Experience in office management, front office, hospitality, or a similar organizational role in a fast-growing or dynamic company
  • You thrive in changing environments and have supported teams through phases of growth, restructuring, or office moves
