Job description

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Pulsetto's affiliate program, scale high-performing partnerships, and turn our affiliate channel into a scalable revenue stream. This role is crucial for growing Pulsetto's customer base through relevant affiliate partnerships, focusing on performance affiliates, content affiliates, email affiliates, media buyers, and publishers capable of driving measurable sales.

  • Source and recruit high-potential affiliates through outbound outreach and inbound application review; activate and onboard them with clear promotional guidance
  • Coordinate monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen content initiatives with affiliates; ensure accurate delivery of offers, links, and assets; with an alignment together with the Head of Dept
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs, and proactively suggest ways to increase conversion rates, AOV, and overall ROI per partner
  • Work with the creative team to ensure affiliates receive up-to-date banners, landing pages, visuals, swipe copy, co-branded landing pages, discount codes, etc
  • Provide affiliates with proper tracking links and instructions; ensure integrations work correctly and troubleshoot any issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for affiliate questions; build trust and maintain strong relationships through consistent, timely communication
  • Daily audit partner activity for quality and compliance; flag any suspicious behavior and enforce program policies
  • Generate performance reports and insights for internal use and partner updates

Relevant work experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, with a strong focus on performance, content, and email affiliates, media buyers, and publishers
  • Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and managing successful, revenue-generating affiliate partnerships
  • Operational execution of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, activation, communication, support, and maintaining affiliate-facing promotional infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs (CVR, AOV, ROI) and proactively suggest actionable performance optimizations
  • Experience with tracking parameters, affiliate platforms, attribution setup, and troubleshooting integration issues
