Job description

As a Commercial Working Student — AI & Sales Automation, you will support our Investor Relations team by automating and scaling our outbound sales efforts using AI tools and agents. This role offers hands-on experience in investor relations, sales, and marketing at a fast-growing investment platform, while contributing to the mission of mobilizing private capital to tackle climate change.

  • Design and build AI-powered workflows to automate parts of our outbound sales process — from prospect research to first-touch outreach
  • Use AI agents and tools (e.g. Claude, HubSpot AI features) to draft, personalize, and qualify outreach at scale
  • Continuously test and refine automation flows to improve response rates and lead quality
  • Document and share reusable AI workflows with the wider team
  • Keep our investor pipeline up to date in HubSpot
  • Ensure all investor data is accurate and complete
  • Conduct AI-assisted research to build and maintain investor target lists
  • Support the organization of investor dinners, roundtables, and networking events

Relevant work experience

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus!)
