Job description
As a trainee - commercial operations & insights, you will support and eventually take ownership of our core commercial systems, ensuring data quality and producing performance dashboards for our teams across Europe. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow, turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Run and maintain our core commercial systems day to day: configuration, data quality, automation and integrations, and the fixes that keep them working for the teams who depend on them
- Build and maintain the KPIs and dashboards in our analytics platform that the regional teams and leadership review
- Produce and progressively automate the performance reporting across all four regions
- Support new builds as the function grows; within sales, retention, delivery, operations, and self–serve analytics
Relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Experience administering commercial or CRM systems (configuration, automation, integrations)
- Hands-on experience with a BI tool
- Experience in a fast-scaling or international company
