Job description
As a supervisory technician, you are responsible for the quality of our installations and for guiding the team of technicians. You work on-site, support technicians with technical issues, and ensure that everyone can work safely, efficiently, and with enjoyment. You work partly outdoors and partly indoors.
- Daily managing, guiding, and coaching of technicians
- Training of new colleagues and junior technicians in practice
- Monitoring quality, safety, and efficient execution of work
- Installing central heating boilers, split heat pumps, and monobloc heat pumps for private customers
- Reviewing installations beforehand, guiding on the jobs, ensuring good tools and the right materials
- Improving processes, collaboration, and installation methods
- Contributing ideas on how we can install smarter, faster, and better
Relevant work experience
- Extensive experience in installation technology
- Experience with central heating boilers and preferably heat pumps as well
- Experience in managing or guiding colleagues
