Job description
As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee warehouse and delivery operations in Sweden at NORNORM. This hands-on role is vital in a rapidly expanding circular scale-up, where you will have a tangible operational impact by ensuring efficient supply chain processes and high service levels.
- Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns, and replacements
- Daily sync with warehouse partners, resolving picking errors and stock discrepancies
- Coordinate stock movements between locations and warehouses
- Book freight, track outbound shipments, and manage delays
- Support project planning, refurbishment requests, and spare part ordering
- Partner check-ups, training, and tracking of warehouse, last-mile, and installation costs
Relevant work experience
- 4+ Years of Hands-On Supply Chain or Logistics Experience
- Solid ERP Experience (Microsoft Dynamics F&O Preferred)
- Strong Excel Skills, Including Pivot Tables and Data Analysis
- Relevant Education within Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Similar
