Job description

As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee warehouse and delivery operations in Sweden at NORNORM. This hands-on role is vital in a rapidly expanding circular scale-up, where you will have a tangible operational impact by ensuring efficient supply chain processes and high service levels.

  • Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns, and replacements
  • Daily sync with warehouse partners, resolving picking errors and stock discrepancies
  • Coordinate stock movements between locations and warehouses
  • Book freight, track outbound shipments, and manage delays
  • Support project planning, refurbishment requests, and spare part ordering
  • Partner check-ups, training, and tracking of warehouse, last-mile, and installation costs

Relevant work experience

  • 4+ Years of Hands-On Supply Chain or Logistics Experience
  • Solid ERP Experience (Microsoft Dynamics F&O Preferred)
  • Strong Excel Skills, Including Pivot Tables and Data Analysis
  • Relevant Education within Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Similar
