Job description

As a marketing & communication intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping Mantle8's communication strategy. You will have the freedom to develop a strong LinkedIn presence, create recruitment tools, and design impactful visual materials that align with our brand identity. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the energy transition and make a real impact in a growing startup.

  • Manage Mantle8's LinkedIn presence: editorial calendar, content creation, performance indicators monitoring (reach, engagement, follower growth), and regular reporting
  • Create standardized, reusable job description templates for all company recruitment processes
  • Design impactful visual materials (posters, social media visuals, brochures, web content) consistent with Mantle8's brand identity
  • Contribute to internal and external communication strategies: newsletters, news updates, press relations, events
  • Participate in the management and updating of the website (news, job offers, content)
  • Conduct research on energy, natural hydrogen, and the deeptech startup ecosystem to inform your content

Relevant work experience

  • Formation Bac+3 to Bac+5 in marketing, communication, or business school, prepared through work-study
  • Good command of visual creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite or equivalent) and professional social networks, especially LinkedIn
  • Excellent writing skills in French; a good level of English is a plus
