Job description

As an engineering lead, you will guide and grow the team building our threat intelligence platform. This hands-on leadership role requires you to be an active technical contributor while also being responsible for the people, delivery, and technical direction of your area. You will play a central role in shaping the team, working within a cross-functional group to design, develop, test, and deploy features that meet customer needs.

• Lead, mentor, and grow the team, starting from one senior engineer, through regular 1:1s, feedback, and clear development paths
• Set priorities, remove blockers, and act as the technical and organizational point of reference for the team
• Drive technical and architectural decisions together with product and security, balancing long-term quality with short-term needs
• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, prioritization, quality, and meeting deadlines, while managing technical risk
• Stay hands-on in an AI-native way, using AI-assisted and agentic development to design, prototype, test, and ship product features
• Build software products that protect our customers from attacks and fraud at scale

Relevant work experience

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer, with a track record of delivering complex products end-to-end
• Experience leading, mentoring, or growing engineers — formally or informally
• Strong ownership of Agile ways of working and related tooling (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with containers and CI/CD tools
• Solid grasp of testing methodologies and automation libraries
