Job description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be responsible for their success from day one. You will guide customers through our product to help them achieve their hiring objectives, lead strategic QBRs, and work closely with Sales on expansion and renewals. Your proactive approach will ensure customers get measurable results, stay, and grow with us.

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts (companies hiring 150+ frontline workers per year) and be accountable for their retention and growth
  • Guide customers through our product; from creating their internal benchmark to hiring successfully and gathering performance data
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that are data-driven and focused on outcomes, not just product updates
  • Partner with Sales on upsell and expansion opportunities within your accounts
  • Onboard new customers effectively, with a focus on fast time-to-value
  • Relay customer insights and feedback to Product to help shape the roadmap
  • Contribute to scalable CS resources; playbooks, guides and training materials; that help the team grow without growing proportionally in headcount

Relevant work experience

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, project management or recruitment
  • Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activities; you track what matters and have honest conversations when things aren't on track
  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex product logic into clear, confident guidance for customers
  • Curious, proactive, and data-literate; you use insights to prepare conversations, not just report on them
  • Based in the Netherlands (required)
