Job description

As a global brand and marketing lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming Roofit.Solar into a globally recognized leader in Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BiPV). Your strategic vision will elevate the brand, ensuring consistency and authority while driving demand generation and commercial impact across key markets. You will collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with commercial priorities, ultimately positioning Roofit.Solar as the premium choice in the renewable energy sector.

  • Drive the global brand strategy and ensure disciplined execution across markets
  • Strengthen alignment between marketing, commercial priorities and regional partners
  • Deliver high-quality, qualified opportunities to our sales ecosystem
  • Enable architects, roofers and distributors to position Roofit.Solar as a premium, future-defining solution
  • Define and enforce Roofit.Solar’s global brand identity across all markets
  • Build and scale a dual-engine demand system (Inbound + AI-supported Outbound)
  • Track ROI, identify scalable growth projects and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Develop high-impact global campaigns around product launches and market entries

Relevant work experience

  • Five or more years of experience in international brand, growth, or performance marketing
  • Experience leading agencies across multiple markets
  • Hands-on understanding of demand generation (SEO, paid media, marketing automation)
  • Experience in renewable energy, architecture, construction or premium design products is a strong plus
